As a senior living community, The Shores of Port Credit provides graduated single level housing in a carefree and supportive adult living environment, with medical and health care facilities located within the development. The community will include 16 townhomes with underground parking and personal elevators. The project includes a senior’s rental apartment building and retirement residence, with assisted living and memory care services, all connected by a shared lobby and recreation centre with dining facilities available to all residents.
